While Chicago has a seedy little past, it also has a well-dressed one. And the Chicago History Museum looks to celebrate that with their exhibit, Chic Chicago. Along with 50 couture pieces that will be on display, there will also be a variety of events that discuss the wonder that is apparel. Be there for opening on September 27, and come again for things like the November 6 discussion on the politics of fashion. Because being well-versed in fashion history can only make you more stylish.
